Euthanasia, also known as the physician assisted suicide, it basically means when the person has the intention to end a life in order to relieve the pain and stop suffering. In most of the countries around the world euthanasia is illegal, because it against their morals by helping someone to kill themselves. It is also illegal in most of the states in the U.S. except Oregon, Washington, Montana, and Vermont. Euthanasia should be legal because individuals have the freedom to die and control their own lives, which is better for them to go peacefully then letting them keep suffering, never the less euthanasia can be a major factor to fix America’s health care problem. individuals should have the right to decide whether they want to live their lives or determine their own course. It is not right to choose what should happen to the life of another human being. If a patient is tired of living under pain in the hospital and going through numerous surgeries, without having any hope of getting the cure or recovering, it should be that patient’s decision to either put an end to all this and have a restful death or continue to live and to suffer. There is no dispute that American has some serious health care problems. The cost of a proper health care for an individual in America is about at least $35,000 to $40,000, yet the drugs for euthanasia and assisted suicide is only about $35. The cost of keeping someone alive is very expensive, these expanses put financial burden on the families. Everyday billions of dollars are being spend on the patients, and the easiest way to fix this problem without changing the quality of the health care is to legalized euthanasia. Furthermore, Legalizing euthanasia allow the hospital to focus on other patients who are actually showing some improvements, instead of wasting the time and medical care to terminal ill
