To evaluate communication methods of the school’s ethos and mission as they are the same as motto and slogan as we first come into the school environment.
The school ethos is related to the school beliefs and feelings and how it’s acknowledged when we first come into the school environment as it’s the staff daily practice and the nature of the school. The school ethos is set as children’s safety is the main, as well as the purpose of children, is the centre of everything.
The school aims are set by the head teacher in connection with parents, staff and the community which it is aiming to have a safe and respectful environment for all staff and the children in the school community as well as to increase each child

Here is the list of the legislation affecting schools: - Children Act 2004 and childcare Act 2006 – Act 2004 and Act 2006 are set to make sure that all children are safe which includes they are staying in a safe environment and safe from any harm can cause to them as well as to improve the well-being of the children.
Children Act 2004 (every child matter framework) is designed to have a close relationship between agencies and helps to share information between agencies.
Data protection Act 1998 – there are schools are required to keep information secure and to be used by the right responsible person in the manner in which it should be used.
Disability discrimination Act 1995 and special needs Code and practice – schools are not permitted to discriminate against disabled children. Children need to feel they are included in everyday activities and never left
