Frankenstein is about a scientist obsessed with bring the dead back to life due to his mother's death. Victor Frankenstein makes a creation of multiple body parts but soon realizes his decisions are gonna affect him more than he expected. In Frankenstein by Mary Shelley, the author uses symbolism, personification, and allusion to create the meaning that monster may have dark intentions. For example, symbolism is seen when “The moon had reached her summit in the heavens and was beginning to descend…”(Shelley 165). The moon symbolizes darkness as does the monster creating the meaning that the monster may have darkness within it. Furthermore, personification is represented by “...the fierce vengeance of my arm…restore those victims whom you have
