Evidence Library
The evidence library has been redesigned, it now has the time line across the top to show when actions and activities are due, it also has 2 views to it, the first in the traditional Tabular view and the second is the Activity View, which allows you to create new activities and map evidence directly to the activity.
You can switch between Task and Tabular view via the Icon in the top left of the time line.

Tabular View
This is the default view for NVQ or work based learners. The only addition to this view is the time line across the top which will show you any allocated activities and when they are due.

You can upload evidence to the learner via the upload box below the time line and these files will appear underneath in the table.
The table can be ordered by date, or alphabetically via description or evidence name by clicking on the orange arrow next to the column heading.

Task View
This is the default view for Graded or Btec Qualifications but can still be accessed and used for Work Based qualifications, it allows you to create new activities or allocate an activity from the activity library to that learner.
