Rikki is a very heroic character he was very undramatic, and he saved others by risking his own life. By the end of the story he changed the whole entire garden to better place for animals. Rikki Tikki is is a brave character in this story. As proof,“bitten as high up the back as he could get hold, and rolled away.That bite paralyzed Karait,”(para 34) This shows how, much bravery and courage that Rikki conveyed to fight against a deadly snake that could kill a person in one bite. Rikki fought against Karait to save Teddy the little boy from danger. In support of this, “It’s the mongoose again, Alice; the little chap has saved our lives now.” (para 59) This proves how, Rikki showed great bravery by killing Nag and at this point he is getting the praise from the family he saved. As she portrays this mean and selfish character this makes her become the negative role in the story. In addition, “If you move, I strike, and if you do not move, I strike.
