The three most important skills that I used and put into practice during the experience are being computer literate, time management and interpersonal skills. Computer literate in the sense that I am always using computer, specifically the software programs such as Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel, in doing the tasks that were assigned to me. Sorting names alphabetically, making a report, edit files and summarizing data were some of the tasks made easier through the help of the said software. Time management was also used to prioritize and schedule tasks to maximize effort and meet deadlines. The assignments that were needed as soon as possible were the ones that were finished first before the others. It also depends on the gravity of the tasks. I finished the most important first before doing the less important ones. Lastly, interpersonal skill was used because of the different people I interacted with. From the human resource department, to the ramp department and lastly to the Saudi Arabian Airline, I met many people. Elderly or young, boss or clients, I interacted with all of them with respect. It was not that worthwhile because the tasks that were assigned to the trainees were very limited. Photocopying, sorting documents, filing papers, update the excel file and type the FHR were the only tasks given to us because this department is more on manpower than the office type. I also think that this department will not employ women because the tasks being done by the employees require strength and knowledge on how to operate heavy equipment.
