The Book Animal Farm is a book of political satire. It starts off with a pig named Old Major and they believe that pigs are the smartest so he was the leader. He had a dream that his time would come soon so he told the rest of the animals. Old Major did end up dying and the other pigs, Napoleon and Snowball, took over. They wanted to better the farm because like Old Major said that anything human is the enemy. After the animals were forgotten about and not fed, two of the leader pigs decide to lead the rebellion against Mr.Jones. All of the men on the farm leave and the animals rename the farm Animal Farm and also came up with the seven commandments to follow. A neighbor farmer, cheats Napoleon in the purchase of some timber and then attacks the farm and blows up the windmill with dynamite. Because of the wrecking of the windmill there comes another battle and Boxer gets really hurt. Then one day, Boxer is nowhere to be found. Squealer tells everyone that he was taken to the hospital and was praising the Rebellion with his last breath. Which this was completely not true, what actually happened was Napoleon sold him to a glue maker to get money for whisky. Time goes by and Napoleon become more and more like human beings because he starts walking on two legs and wearing clothes. He even ended` up changing the commandments to just one stating that, “all animals are equal, but some animals are more equal than others.” Napoleon goes and has dinner with another human farmer named Mr.Pilkington and decides that he wants to be just like the other human farmers.
