The word pillar can be defined as a person or thing that is essential support for something.When talking about any organization, or business, establishing a set of core values or beliefs is so important. Even creating personal core values can help guide you in your everyday life. The four pillars of the National Honor Society are character, leadership, scholarship, and service.
