The court case with Faden V.S. Walt disney studios. I’m on Walt disney’s side because Faden’s work "A Fair(y) Use Tale" is copyright infringement against Walt Disney Studio because it copies of Disney's copyrighted material. There is no doubt that the transition and process of creating the copyright in such countries will face many problems, because for domestic consumers pay the true cost of production would be very hard, so no one should be able to take another person’s work and either make deposits from the audio video. There so much more reasons why that Eric Faden's work is copyright infringement. In this clip some of the Disney characters in a very comic way try to mention some essential aspect of the copyright. The point is if fair use actually works then movies like this one will have legal protection. There was a severe amount film used from disney's movies and all the favorite characters being cut and mashed into a scene of them mixed together and making money off of this is one, but making money off someone else's work while they worked extremely hard for this ,and all Eric Faden did was copy Disney’s work and made money off it. So believe that Eric Faden was stingy and took someone else's work. It was a decent idea but just if they wouldn't have copied Walt
