Fall into the cold weather trends! by Gabriella Grimando, staff reporter Summers finally come to an end, and whether thats a good or bad thing, there’s no getting around it. Cozy, oversized sweaters, crisp air, gorgeous colors everywhere!

Scarfs are a huge part of fall fashion. They can be transitioned from fall, to winter, and even into spring before it gets too hot. Not only are scarfs cute and fashionable, but they’re a great way to layer and add something different to an everyday look. “I like to wear scarves because they’re in style and they’re really comfortable. They also make a significant difference in my appearance. I love shopping for scarves because there are so many different styles and brands,”junior Sabrina Rasizzi said. These scarves can be purchased at clothing stores such as Forever 21, Urban Outfitters,
American Apparel, and Brandy Melville. Plaid shirts also have been a huge hit these past years. Plaid is a great item to throw on over any tshirt, and adds a pop of color to any look look. The great thing about plaid is that it can be worn with almost anything. Dresses, shorts or rompers, plaid gives a more casual look to fancier outfit. “I love wearing plaid in the fall and in the winter because not only is it comfortable, but it stands out. I normally like wearing very neutral colors such as blacks, browns, whites, and greys, so when I put a plaid shirt over my outfit, it gives a nice change to my everyday look,” junior Aly Malave said.
