My theme “fame” means well known. I think “fame” means to be well known in a community or area. An example of my theme “fame” is R.Kelly, because he is a famous R & B singer. Another example of fame is Tupac because he is a famous rapper. The theme fame can be found in the song “ Started from the bottom” by Drake, the movie “Notorious”, and the song “Good life” by T-pain and Kanye West. The song “started from the bottom” by Drake is about how he started off from nothing and is now rich and famous. “Nigga I was tryna get it on my own”, “Now I’m on the road, half a million for a show”. These quotes from the first verse of the song tell me he worked hard to get where he is. It tells me how fame changed his life for the better. I believe fame is a theme for this song because it talks about how in the beginning of his life he had to work very hard to become famous. Another reason I would say fame is a theme for this song because in the quote, it talks about how he’s always on the road making money. “Started from the bottom now were here”.
