Sub: My Statement of Purpose for studying in NZ

Dear Immigration Officer,
I am writing this letter in order to state my genuine intention of pursuing further studies in New Zealand. Through this letter I also elaborate my academic background.
My background:
My name is Harpreet Singh Rai born on 27/03/1997. I believe that education is a building block to success and I am very passionate to study and gain international qualification and make a career for myself. My goals are my priority and achieving the same will make me even more hardworking.
I am very fortunate to have studied in one of the good schools in India. I have completed my Secondary education in 2013 by scoring 9.2 CGPA from Doaba Public School (Affiliated with CBSE), Parowal,Garh Shankar, Punjab, India. Presently I am doing +1 with nonmedical stream from Babbar Khalsa Memorial College, Garh Shankar. I am very keen to gain international qualification in order to secure my future.

There are six members in my family including me and my grandmother Mrs Jagir Kaur. My father Mr Raminder Pal Singh runs his own business of agriculture and my mother Mrs Amninder Jot Rai is a housewife and takes care for our household things. My younger sister Atamjit Rai and younger brother Prabhkirat Singh Rai are studying in 10th standard and 6th standard respectively in Doaba Public School.

Why New Zealand?
I have never travelled outside India. I want to be able to travel internationally, learn about a new country and culture and gain an international qualification just like other students. I want to make my father proud of my wellbeing. I have not considered studying in for e.g. Canada, Australia or any other country except NZ as the family support and accommodation that my paternal aunt Mrs Amrinder Pal Kaur Rai will provide me while I am studying there is very important for me. They are important part of my family and I have been apart from my extended family for long enough and now I wish to be with them and at the same time work towards my own career by gaining requisite qualification.
Why I want to study in NZ is an obvious choice. My aunt Amarinder Pal Kaur Rai is well settled there and she will provide me accommodation, living expenses and take care of my well being there.
I also believe that an international education is the best way to enhance your knowledge. It provides us the opportunity to travel, to know another culture. In this way, it will also help me to enhance essential skills and provide me with the type of education that I am looking for. It will provide me the opportunity to make friends around the world and lots more.
My aunt Amrinder Pal Kaur from her experience in NZ, has advised me that NZ has an international reputation as a provider of quality education. She has praised so much about the NZ and its people and how it offers a safe learning environment with excellent study opportunities and support services for international students. I also think that socially, living in another country for a while, would be a great adventure and unique experience. Moreover my uncle Mr Ajit Singh is so kind that he is taking the responsibility to arrange my accommodation and other sponsorship requirements.

I have applied for Year 11 study at Pukekohe Christian School, Pukekohe, Auckland commencing on 15th October 2013. The subjects of my proposed study are as follows:-

English IGCSE Cambridge Curriculum-Literature and Language
Mathematics IGSCE Cambridge Curriculum
Co-ordinated Science IGSCE Cambridge Curriculum
Divinity
Three Elective subjects from
