Their glistened eyes are filled with sparkles and happiness among their smiling faces, therefore, indicates that this family was happy to be with each other. The background is filled with Christmas lights and Christmas cheer lying through the house, the smiling faces were a family celebrating the rejoice of Christmas finally beginning. With their bright smiles and warms hearts this family wanted to remember it all. What would the world be like if photos like these were nowhere to be found? Photography brings out the best in families. It helps develope who that family is and it “celebrates life” (32 “Power of Pictures”). Photography is a passionate source to capturing the perfect picture for a family to remember for centuries, and it also captures the memories that we want to remember, but forget. Family portraits remembers the good times and the bad, but it also helps ones who are grieving for a lost family member. With the empowerment of family photographs, one's grief can be solidify by looking back and remembering the good times with that certain family member through family photos. “They bring to life memories of loved ones that have passed” (“4 Things Every”). People get older as life goes on, but by capturing an image it can bring back life to a person. Images indicate how much life improves just as time proceeds on. “She is surprised at how much I have aged” (20 Murray). Examining back to old family photos one can see how much one has developed through life. Life proceeds on, although this may be true, one can witness the growing and maturing in another's life from a glimpse of a family
