Many people believe that they can change their destiny, but is that really possible? I believe that one has the power to change fate but not destiny. Destiny is one's life purpose that will necessarily happen though fate is something that will occur in spite of their actions. The future may not be what one desires or wants, but it still occurs. In the book Frankenstein by Mary Shelley, Frankenstein created a creature and ran away, for he was informed that it may lead to his ultimate doom.
