To know if the Fenians were terrorists or freedom fighters we need to know what they are. A terrorist is a person who threatens the lives of innocent people and aim for political goals. They work for revenge and power. Freedom fighters fight for their freedom or the freedom of others. They want revenge of the people who stole their freedom and not particularly power. Both of these groups also have a few similarities. Freedom fighters fight for the freedom of themselves or others. They fight for a good cause and they try not to injure innocent citizens. Both of the groups fight and injure normal citizens. Examples of freedom fighters are Dalai Lama, Mahatma Ghandi and Martin Luther King. All of these people fought for the freedom and happiness
