I see this principal and much of the administration weekly. They are hands down some of the best I have ever witness at a school. The qualities I see of my field school, its teachers, and administration are exactly what I will look for when I am seeking out my first job and all future jobs for that matter. Evaluations are important for a teachers future and I want a principal that will believe in me and my efforts. A classroom is composed all of individuals, including the teacher.
