The Last of the Mohicans is a movie about a dying tribe. It takes place in 1757 during the French and Indian War. It is a move about how the French, British, Native Americans, and colonists collide. Uncas, his father Chingachgook, and his half-white adopted brother Hawkeye were living in peace with the British colonists when they encountered the daughters of a British colonel trying to get to the British fort, William Henry. They try to help them get to the fort and in the end Uncas is killed. This happens when the daughters are kidnapped by Magua, and Hawkeye and Uncas try to rescue them.
