The documentary was enjoyable to watch because it contained new information regarding stress and its effects on an individual and their society. I became more aware of the threats that acute or chronic stress carries. A very interesting fact that is remarkable is how the purpose of stress has changed over time, it was considered as something that saved us, but it has become lethal to our lives.
