Over the past term we have been focusing on our general fitness. It has defiantly given me more of an understanding of what fitness can do to my body and mindset. I hope that I can give you more of general understanding of what we have learnt over the past term on our fitness analysing and recommendations.

Firstly I will talk about my fitness analysing.

Over the past term, I have investigated various components of my fitness such as muscular strength/endurance, cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, co-ordination, power and speed to determine my overall fitness.
When comparing my results to the physical activity guidelines for my age, It shows that I exceed in majority of the fitness tests. For instance my Basket Throw which is power I achieved 7.20m, which is my personal best and my highest achievement throughout the testing. This result compared to the 15 year old Australian fitness recommendations was excellent (90%) was well over the Australian fitness recommendation for excellent. However, one of my lowest achievements in the fitness testing was the Cardiovascular endurance 1.6km run, which I achieved 12 minutes plus which compared to the Australian fitness recommendations is under the needs development (10%)
