Five Star Outpatient Behavioral Health will provide mental health and substance abuse treatment for adults age eighteen and older. Five Star Outpatient Behavioral Health will provide services including, but limited to:
• Depression
• Anxiety
• Psychological Evaluations
• Medication Management
• Individual Therapy
• Marital and Couples Therapy
• Family Therapy
• Group Therapy
The cost will depend upon the clinician time and supplies designated for each client’s treatment. Five Star Outpatient Behavioral Health will provide each client with education and superb treatment that is tailored for their specific needs.
