Fixed mindset means that an individual believes that he or she are not good at something based on their inherent nature.
Growth mindset means one belief that he or she are good at something because of their own abilities of action.
Today at work I had to bake off some breakfast pastries that normally done by my other co-worker. Therefore, my fixed mindset kicked in when I had to perform a task that was not required of me so I started to feel overwhelmed with different thoughts. First, not getting these pastries done on time made feel pressured. Second, not being a strong baker based off my manager’s criticism made me feel not able to do action. Third, anxiety over these pastries being suitable for consumption. In summary,
