Forensic science is a jaw dropping career with many different cases. There are many different career fields for forensic science. They also many different things you do as a forensic scientist. The annual pay is fantastic. The amount of jobs are increasing yearly. Forensic science is a great paying, wondering with interest and exciting occupation. A forensic scientist goes to crime scenes to investigate the crime and, also work in labs. Forensic science needs at least a bachelor’s degree in natural science, such as chemistry, or biology in forensic science. Forensics works full time during standard hours day, night, evening or even overtime. Bureau of labor statistics says “Many of those who seek to become forensic science technicians will have an undergraduate degree in the natural sciences and a master’s degree in forensic science.” (BLS). There are different forensic science career fields such as Forensic Science Tech, Crime Laboratory Analyst, Forensic Pathologist, Forensic Toxicologist, or DNA Analyst or possibly all five. The possibility of being injured in this career field is very slim for the reason that you mostly stay in laboratory or after the crime is committed. Since is such a small occupation in a 10 year time period there will only be about 3,800 jobs. Employment in 2014 for forensic science is 14,400, and by 2024 only 18,200. Forensic science has many similar occupations including Biochemists and Biophysicists, Biological Technicians, Chemical Technicians, and many more. These other occupations are for people who want a specific occupation and not a altogether occupation like forensic
