In the book, Tuesdays With Morrie I was able to grasp a significant idea and apply it to my own life. In the book, Tuesdays With Morrie, Morrie, pointed out the importance of forgiveness. He discussed that a person should forgive himself or herself before death and then they should forgive others (Albom, p. 164). It is not as common to hear the importance to forgive one’s self; rather it is more commonly heard of forgiving others. But forgiveness is incorporating everyone including self. So, I will apply it to my own life by having self-reflection. I will look deep into myself and see if I have not forgiven myself on any issue. I have to live with myself so I want to live in peace.
