Attention, all rise! This is foster care case number 69, debating the temporary foster care for 14-years old Pony boy Curtis. Here is your judge, Keaira Fullmore. Good evening ladies and gentlemen; you may now be seated. Foster care is a very serious case. It can either better the child or make the child more synthetic. Putting a child in foster could possibly work out for the child or could not. There were over 420,000 children who were placed in foster care last year, and numbers are steady increasing. Although we are familiar with the Curtis family's strong bond, it comes with many troubles that they have called. Ever since their parents passed away, Darry has managed to take amazing care of his two younger brothers. Although the boys cause much trouble, trouble comes with all maturing teenagers. While staying with his brothers, Pony boy gets to receive the attention and care that he deserves. Due to the fact their home is stable, Pony boy will also say with his family for this reason. Not only is the home stable, but it is protected as well. The Curtis boys' home is protected by Darry and addition friends. To add to that, Pony boy is fed good meals and manages to keep his grades up. According to Pony boy, his guardians make sure he is healthy, fed, and clean. Pony boy also says that his brothers scold him when his grades are unacceptable. Therefore, the Curtis home is stable to live in. Lastly, Pony boy is happy. Happiness is what makes life; without his brothers, he is not happy. All and all, Pony boy is better off with his family. Although the family may not be perfect, they are still better off together than split apart. Pony boy Curtis is an amazing kid with a lot going for him. Separating him from his family could ruin all of that. The final statement is Pony boy will stay with his two older brothers, Darry Curtis and Soda pop Curtis, because of his generous brothers, balanced home, and happiness in his home.
