RWhen a person was hurt in the past and the person thinks about the earned right to seek revenge. I understand there is nothing that is unforgivable and It is unhealthy to continue to walk in the path revenge and be bound to suffering. In the revenge cycle we reject our pain and suffering and believe that by hurting the person who hurts us our pain will go away. Tutu mentions there is a choice which we can choose to take the path of forgiveness and be freed into healing. In this forgiveness cycle we choose to face our pain and suffering and move toward acceptance healing by walking the fourfold path. The fourfold path which involves four steps, namely, Telling the Story, Naming the Hurt, Granting Forgiveness and finally, Renewing or Releasing
