I enjoyed reading your post on the loss of individual freedoms. All of the points that you hit were spot on. Especially the Fourth Amendment paragraph. Are we unlawfully searched in our everyday actions? I believe once outside of the home it is now fair game. Not to say, it is wrong, but if there have been DUI’s in a certain part of town; why wouldn’t you setup checkpoints, for everyone’s safety. Sporting events, airports are death traps to the right people, who are crazy enough to try something like that. A huge flock of people in a small area, will cause a lot of destruction. So going through a machine that detects explosives materials on a person. Well not that big of a deal to me, to make the flight that much more safe.
