Fourth Day Observation Reflection Today was yet another day of learning. One thing that really struck me was when I was assisting one of the students who had trouble with language and working. He had trouble spelling simple words and coming up with sentences while working on a worksheet activity. I didn’t want to give him the answers straight away so I would ask him a question for him to come up with the answer, and when he asks how to spell a word I tell him I would sound it out and he can try to figure out how to spell it using phonics (but of course I would help him if he really couldn’t figure it out). This was very surprising because I initially thought she was a more controlling person (which I don’t mind if I have to follow her lesson plans) but I’m glad she gave me choice and autonomy to experiment and experience conducting lessons of my
