Fracking is a highly debated process and a lot of people have questions about the topic. For example, many environmentalists argue with fracking companies. I’ve heard of stories of environmentalists in Washington D.C. actually throwing rocks at the fracking companies over the issue. Fracking is the act of extracting natural gas out of the ground and getting it into the pipeline for the consumer. Some people think that fracking contaminates the water supply and causes earthquakes, but that is not the case. The pipelines would have to go through several layers of rock to reach the water table, and therefore, it does not contaminate the water. Fracking should be used to get natural gas out of the ground.
Fracking is a safe way to get natural gas out of the ground. It has been used before the 1940s, which proves that it is a safe way to extract natural gas out of the ground. People would not still be using it today if it wasn't (Emspak). It is beneficial because it was able to get the natural gas out without new drilling technologies. They needed to do that because the ground was so hard that they couldn't get the drills in. They used fracking to open the pores in the ground to get the gas out. There is no fracking in California, and they still have earthquakes, so fracking must not cause them. Fracking is the cheapest way to get gas out of the ground because it does not need a lot of technology to perform fracking, and it overflows the markets, making it cheaper for the consumer. You should explain the facts to people who oppose fracking. This will open their minds about fracking and the process which fracking is
