President Franklin D. Rosevelt led the US through World War two. He had to have been through being the president at that time of great peril. Lots of decisions could be made, good of bad. Rosevelt has a mixture of shrewdness and cleverness. His cleverness made the US the number one army in the world! He is also a great problem solver.
