As I passed the dancing Texas flag in the wind and wandered through the immense pillars in the entrance to my new school, my anxiety started to show. I was so lost. The outside of this school had already seemed unnerving enough, but as I walked through the doors my hands started to shake. The amount of students in this school easily tripled the amount that attended my old school, Franklin High School. I was extremely nervous because the worrying thoughts of me not being able to make any friends and my teachers not liking me were going through my head.
