As of now, women face the fact that no matter how high they are on the food chain, men will somehow be better. Imagine two doctors of the same status, but are different genders. The male of the relationship would ordinarily get both more money and credence.
Frederick Douglass had once said, "The women who have thus far carried on this agitation have already embodied and illustrated
Theodore Parker’s three grades of human greatness. The first is greatness in executive and administrative ability; second, greatness in the ability to organize; and, thirdly, in the ability to discover truth."
