In this article, she discusses her views on Obamas plan and mentions the current barriers standing in the way for student and the various doors and opportunities that would open for students after receiving a High School diploma. President Obamas plan for two years free at community colleges would help an estimated 9 million people and save each of them around $3,800 per year according to Cubberley. Cubberley who is an enrollment manager says “1,300 students who completed our entry process through the course registration ultimately dropped out before classes were underway. Cubberley gives facts from the college she works at and other statistics regarding students all over. She also voiced her concern about the proposal, and came up with a solution to potentially fix the issue. The facts brought up are credible and came from her personal facts and knowledge and included some from the NACAC.
