In present times, individuals largely have the ability to freely decide upon a choice rather than have the decision made for them. This concept of free will versus fate not only is seen in modern times, but is also expressed in the play “Macbeth”, by Shakespeare, and Article Name by author. Both works explain the role of free will and fate within the play, however it is clear that Macbeth’s own actions were solely made by himself.
