Gassire was a strongman who deserved the status of the successor of his famous king, dad. Gassire himself was very hurry to get into his father’s position, even though he knew that he was the successor of the king. He wanted to demonstrate how dominant he was and to be the king before his father’s death. The sages that Gassire was surrounded by had stated that Gassire would never be the king even after his dad’s death. As it says on the Story, He had a lute which can only make sounds if he goes into a fight. And he knew that if he wants to make the sound, his sons must be on the battlefield.
