Introduction Prison is a very dangerous place where anyone can be victimized either by other inmates or staff members. Although both men and women who are incarcerated have histories of interpersonal violence, they can be victimized later on. Even though both genders can become victims of physical and sexual abuse, there is a slight difference between them.
