The distress that comes with cancer is unimaginable. It drains one physically, emotionally, financially. It strains the relationships that surround the affected person. It alters the way of life one was used to in whatever capacity. The highest types of cancers that occur are those that have to do with the gastrointestinal system. This is the system that processes the food we eat. It also does away with the toxins that would harm us. The following is a list of such foods:

Canned Foods: Bisphenol- A (BPA) is the product used to line the cans where these foods are packaged. This product is known to bring genetic change to the brain of a rat. BPA is also common in plastic products and resins. It is best to work with frozen or fresh foods. This will keep the family safe.

These foods were not tested well enough before being introduced to the market. To be safe, stick with organic foods. Foods that are not GMOs are labeled "GMO-FREE".
Grilled Red Meat: Yummy to taste, we would not want to imagine it is a health hazard. When meat is grilled to the point it is ready for consumption, its molecular and chemical makeup is altered. Heterocyclic aromatic amines are released. Opt for baking, broiling or using a skillet in the place of grill.

These fats are most dangerous and are unsafe for human consumption. They not only cause cancer but other diseases like heart disease as well. Choose oils like coconut oil.
French fries/ Potato chips: They have a high salt level that is unhealthy. Hydrogenated oils are used to fry them. The high temperature level this food goes through make the food to produce high acrylamide levels. Reduce cooking time or pre cook the food before frying
