Gentle Teeth Dental Office: Case Study

On May 14, 2015, I walked into Gentle Teeth Dental Office, located at 1601 N. Flamingo Road Suite #3 Pembroke Pines FL. 33026. I met Dentist Rohit Sharma and his staff and he ordered his staff to do a dental examination. After the examination concluded, I received a print out of a dental bill which listed several dental procedures I needed. The bill was Eight Thousand and Fifty Dollars ($8,050.00). This amount of money for removable dentures!!! According to the dental office team, they will give me a ten percent discount in the amount of eight hundred and five dollars ($805.00).
On the same day, Gentle Teeth dental team (Pembroke Pines) introduced me to a medical credit card called (Care Credit). Gentle teeth dental team ran my credit and told me I was approved for Seven Thousand Dollars ($7,000). My Care Credit was charged Instantly for Seven Thousand Dollars ($7,000). The bill was Two Hundred and Ninety-Two Dollars ($292.00) monthly. …show more content…
• When the dentures arrived they couldn’t fit and the dentist had to re-sharpened my teeth again. (This was a nightmare for me) and there was no apology from the dentist nor his staff.
• Dr. Sharma informed me that it is impossible to put in a crown/bridges based on missing teeth. Nevertheless, he removed a good tooth for no reason at all.
