I would recommend resolving the differences by first coming up with the most effective methods to control the spread of diseases between the aging population and work on creating more efficient technology advancements to deliver overall quality care. Next I would find avenues to make healthcare affordable for everyone so that they are able to receive the best car possible. Treating everyone equal regardless of their financial situation, race, or age will stop the division between demographic groups if everyone was treated equally.
