To begin with, the similarities and differences between the "Gobi Desert" by: Timohty Severin and "Yosemite" by: John Muir ,is basically interesting on how they relate... furthermore, I will describe the two landscapes and then choose which landscpe I would rather vist.

As an example, The "Gobi Desert" is a thousand miles long, and six miles wide which located in the outside the Great Wall Of China the Gobi desert is very long/large acoording to the size of it. Wait!! but im not done yet there is also peace quite and birds and butterflies that give some music into the air ..these sounds are so relaxing which is why i would rather choose to visit Yosemite. The Gobie Desert doesn´t pursuuade me to go becuase the Gobi Desert is decribed with hot weather which I hate. Besides its also described with water being evaporated and further in the night the the water comes out of the sand reaching a quarter of water from where people arec and i don´t like being wet when im being asleep during camping in "Gobi Desert " in the source the gobi desert dosent sound like paradise with shiny clouds and bird with butterflies singing into the clouds. The Gobi desert is described with fossils besides fossils dont fascinate me as much as the temple and the shiny cloud with silence and also the singing birds. My impression to when John Muir was explaining was very enteresting when he said ¨ a thousand flowers leaning confidingly against their feet¨ this section created a clear picture in my mind becuase i can relate to my front graden and the smell of freshness which then made me relax. BY this I mean Timothy Severin didnt make me feel like John Muir
