For example, a pit bull is great with kids; they are commonly used for therapy dogs; and they can smell gas and smoke from bombs. In fact, there was a pit bull that saved an army because he could smell the gas in the air. Pit bulls aren’t vicious they are heroes.
Pit bulls make great therapy dogs. They can smell sugar levels crashing and they know how to detect symptoms of strokes, heart attacks, etc. As a foster dog, Tatertot, a pit bull, saved Christi Smith's four-year-old son's life.
