Separation of Church and State has been used in these three situations Larkin v. Grendel’s Den (1982). The Supreme Court ruled that the Massachusetts law which gave schools and churches the power to prevent alcohol within 500 feet violated the Establishment Clause. I agree with this position because they have the right to enjoy their freedom as long as they do not bother the school and the church.
