Grievance Summary: Inmate Juarez, in your grievance you alleged that the officer did not announce hygiene items distribution, and when you tried to request items during hygiene distribution the officer ignored your request for items. Your resolution is for Officers to announce hygiene distribution and for the officer to be counseled on what you believe to be misconduct on his part.

Inmate Juarez, after speaking to the officer he informed me that he did in fact announce hygiene distribution. Several other inmates heard the announcement and requested items from the officer. The officer also informed me that at no time during the walk did you request any items from you. The officer informed me that at no time during the entire
