Today there is an ethical issue that affects everyone in our country in some form or another. The issue of whether or not transgender people should be able to use the bathroom to which they identify has sparked heated debates nationwide. There is no easy answer to this question and there are dozens of different opinions on the matter. One opinion I have recently came across comes from writer Jacob Pitman in his Huffington Post article titled NCAA Should Stay Out Of North Carolina Until ‘HB2.0’ Is Repealed. The new “HB2.0” has actually given a lot of undue privileges to the transgender community and it is unfortunate that Pitman and his constituents are still unsatisfied and demanding more. Companies and organizations like the NCAA should adjust their view of this situation and end the frivolous boycott against the state of North
