Lack of awareness, knowledge, and ignorance are all consequences of this tragic virus HIV has among people, especially the ones in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Based on 2012 data, Baton Rouge dropped from 29.4 cases per 100,000 people to 27.5 cases per 100,000 people. 75% of all Louisiana are HIV black patient, and 7/10 HIV diagnoses are men.
