During the summer going into my senior year my sister,father, and I traveled to Haiti for a wedding. Haiti is home to many of our relatives whom I've never met before and the country where we're from. Before the trip my father spoke of its differences and how it wasn't like America, something me and my sister had suspected already. As the days went by, we began to have new experiences, taking showers with buckets and driving on streets vacant of any stop lights or stop signs, let alone any lane divides.
