The book I chose this week is based on one of my favorite childhood author's called "The Original Adventures of Hank the Cowdog" by John R. Erickson. This book and its series are labeled as animal fantasy books. This first book is how Hank is accused of murder and joins outlaw coyotes. I choose this book because as a child I remember reading this book series along with the boxcar children series and believe its one of the main reason I loved reading books as a child. The one thing I loved about this book and its series is that while the book and its series are humorous, they also provide subtle moral values. The age range for this book series is subjective, though I believe it is appropriate for 7 and up. If anyone else has read this book series,
