People celebrate the holiday more than the religious holiday is that Christmas has changed over the year as any other holiday they lose the reason why the whole reason it started and start other reasons why people celebrate the holidays. And people lose their perspective on the holiday plus it seems more fun than Hanukkah. More people would prefer because of how people make it sound and less about the religion and more about gifts and food. But in Hanukkah it all about the religion and the lighting of the candles each day and more about the tradition. Much older Jewish people actually celebrate it more than young Jewish people because if they didn’t go to a Jewish school or church their parents are more likely to celebrate Christmas instead
