The United States in regards to all oil refineries in the state of Texas starting the process of
Going Green on 12/10/2014 through 12/14/2014 representatives from the state will be arriving on site to implement new polices and procedure’s. Studies were compiled and it was found that under the suggested starting methods for
Recycling disposal areas A through F in regards to the reports generated and sent out it would benefit the organization to change the font used for all reports from Times Roman to Calibri. By adjusting this savings of $62,500 per month are expected to happen with a first year’s savings of
$750,000. Some of the saving includes cost of replenishing ink, amount of paper ordered and

used and reduction on amount of paper used to print out documents.
In addition to that we will also implement the new procedure of recycling some of your discarded products which will assist in the making of paper to cut down in the reduction of trees that are currently used. We estimate that the amount of product that can be used by our calculations could save an average amount of 300 trees monthly adding on the refinery will be equipped with turbines to turn the additional waste to needed energy for the surrounding area.
We are recommending that you also utilize some of the suggestions to ink usage which can help with your overall budget in addition to giving back to the community which is also expressed in the presentation. Other findings of studies will be implemented once representatives arrive onsite and we appreciate working with you on this transition to make your refinery comply with government standards. We would like to thank you for complying with this request and more so your overall cooperation. Sincerely,
