A Human Resources (HR) Assistant in Technology is becoming more well known as an assistant to Human Capital Management (HCM). In assisting HCM Managers, assistants assist with day to day activities involved in the career. Examples of job responsibilities can include recruiting, hiring, and training new employees. HCM assistants often times act as the “middle-man” for the company because they handle the needs from their superiors as well as the needs from the employees.
