She feels tenderness in her breast before 3-4 days of menstruation but after it ends she does not feel any tenderness. She does not have any history of breast disease.
Haematological disorders: She does not have any bleeding disorders and reactions.
Section VIII Functional assessment
Self concept: She is graduated from college, working as a Manager in a large store. She lives with her husband in a basement. She rose as Sikhism and believes in God.
Activity and exercise: She spends her day till 4pm in store and does house chores and goes to pick her husband at 11pm on his work and then sleeps around 1am.
Sleep and rest: She sleeps at 1am and wakes up at 6pm. She does not take any sleep pills.
Nutrition: She does breakfast and dinner. During lunch time she only eats snacks like fries and sandwich.
Alcohol and smoke: She neither drinks alcohol nor smokes.
Interpersonal relationship: She has healthy relations with her husband, parents, friends and coworkers.
Coping and stress management: She tries some relaxation techniques like watch TV, phone to her friends.
